Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam

Purchased dehumidifier

I purchased a dehumidifier from bytech-us and received the item plugged it in and it did not collect any water in the bin. I have over 100 emails back and forth providing pictures and videos showing it does not work. They claim nothing is wrong they said I would have to pay return shipping to china eventhough their site says they will provide a return label if it is defective. They send the same email back starting with a small percentage and eventually get to 30%. I have asked for an explanation numerous times asking how they determine the product is working and have not received a response other than saying it’s functioning properly when clearly it is not.

MoonPod Hypersonic vacuum was touted as #1 Rated. I ordered online and it came within a week. The vacuum was unwieldy, difficult to use, and not user-friendly. I could not empty the dust cup and it was very hard to reattach. I contacted their support center immediately asking for a refund. They were vague in their response asking for videos or pictures of the malfunction. I sent one picture and repeatedly asked for a refund without any concrete response.
