Don't Do ANY business with BUZZ OPTICS they took 3 months to get my machine and when i got it it didnt work well at all so i sent it back I have conformation that received it but they refused to give me my refund ...and Discover card has been the worse and wont help me...So Don't Do Business with Discover or Buzz Optics

Scammers to the core. I bought a tonometer, and Buzzoptics said that it firstly had to be refurbished by their staff, which could take up to 23 days. That deadline passed, then they sent an email saying they were ceasing operations and recommending that I contact my "financial institution" about getting my money back

I had the pleasure of touring the BuzzOptics facility last Fall was thoroughly impressed. This is my third purchase and wont be my last.

STAY AWAY FROM BUZZOPTICS=owner Logan Paul Beck from Pupil Inc and Buzzoptics *866-560-2899) advertises "refurbished ophthalmology equipment works like new" but instead has a habit of sending broken equipment. He has a 15-day return policy and delays any help so he can run the clock out and then refuse to take back the item, refuse to repair the item, refuse to refund or charge a restock fee. When I asked for a supervisor the worker said, "I dont know the name of my supervisor." When I asked for the name of the owner she said, "I don't know the name of the owner." Logan called me yesterday when I pointed out his "factory refurbished product needed $2100 of repairs, all he said was, "We have policies for return in 15-days, you have to follow our policies." This is fraud. on the Better Business Bureau there are two complaints Nov 2019 for Buzzoptics. This looks like a habit. I want $11,901 refunded.
