Their customer service is horrible and unhelpful.
Ghosted me for 2 weeks when I contacted about the missing item.
Turns out they shipped the item with USPS when I paid for UPS 1 day shipping.
Won't provide a label for return.
Do not buy from them.

i bought a part online and have still not received any confirmation for shipping. i have emailed, called, and tried to chat many times. they are not responding at all
