I received a FAKE email from Microsoft stating I purchased Microsoft Defender which I DID NOT. The charge is $399.00. The email included a Invoice ID number, Invoice date, description and amount. The phone number supplied to cancel this you cannot reach. This is a terrible scam.

Got a robo-call on my business phone that identified it as Consumer En 517-768-3092. Message said my power would be cut in 30 minutes and I was to call 1-800-769-1370 to make a payment. Repeated that phone number a second time. I called the actual co and was told that my account is fine and that it was a scam.

I just wanted to report a phone number that my dad received a call from. When he answered the phone the first thing the person had said was, "Can you hear me?". He asked who was calling and the person again asked "Can you hear me?". Supposedly the person on the other end said they were calling from ***. My mom handles everything from ***, and the phone number is not from a *** store. The number is 808-369-9693. Luckily my dad had just read the article in the newspaper about the scam, otherwise he said he might have easily responded "Yes".
