This hacker got into our Chief of Staff's email (via a Microsoft 365 web browser) by obtaining her credentials somehow. They then emailed our Controller and said that they needed to pay this invoice, or it will be late and they will charge us late fees. On the invoice it had ACH information to wire them money. We are working with our bamk right now, and even though i put "no" for was money actually taken, the $29,980 might be gone; still waiting on the bank to see what they can do.

All my correspondence disappeared while using this on line business.

Emails- disappeared. I received one email from Michael Fun asking not to file a complaint- all disappeared

Web site - disappeared on my server

Promised product for 188.30- nothing ever came in the mail.

Tracking the “sent package” email just stopped working after two weeks
