I purchased chassis from the company called Bull Chassis. The company received the full funds mid September 2023 through my finance company. I was provided an Invoice and delivery date of 10/3/2023. One week after the original delivery date I had to chase the company for an update and was advise that it will be delayed for 1.5month making the new date 11/16/23. We patiently waited till the new date and again no equipment and update. The company started avoiding our calls and emails. Then beginning of December 2023 we were advised that we would receive the equipment within 2 weeks. It is now January 2024 and we cannot reach the seller, he is avoiding all calls, text messages and emails. We had a contract with him and he breached the contract several times by making excuses and delaying delivery to the point now that we lost the money and we never got the equipment.
