This is probably the worst experience I have had with retail online since the beginning of the internet. I ordered some winter clothes in mid January. My first item came one day before adjudication by PayPal on my complaint, and because I signed for it at my front door, I lost (in May). The second item came this week, June. It is a cheap plastic replica of the jacket on their website. It's junk. I'm still waiting for a few more items five months after I ordered. This company is horrible, designed to fool us with their gorgeous website. Don't even think about it. Their customer service lady Ivy is an expert in lying: she swears the item is shipped, gives a tracking order that doesn’t work, delays the complaints and kicks them down the road. I am disgusted with this company. They are based in China even though the website looks American. The Better Business Bureau would be useless against them.

Hello, I am still waiting for shipping, I spent 130.00 dollars and now I see that it is a fraudulent page where I can fight this so that they return my money and how can I report this page so that they do not continue stealing from people

I ordered a pair of boots on may 31st 2020 got a email saying confirming the purchase threw my paypal. Never heard anything from them since I have notified paypal and tried to write them . This isnt right I want my 54.98 back asap!

I purchased several blouses and I don't remember if there was anything else in this purchase on May 17, 2020. I have been waiting to receive the order. Meanwhile, I have lost my husband and I have been distracted with the funeral. Now it is June 18, 2020 and I have not received any information or nor the items. They charged my account $39.47. I am very dissatisfied. My bank account also shows the number 56885084 HK.

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes in April it is June and still haven’t got them tried countless times via email and get back emails in Chinese ? I have requested for responses in English still get Chinese!? I think this website are scammers so I want my money back ?

My friend ordered me some shoes off of Buzzylily, they charged his card, but haven't received my order, that was April 30th

I ordered some restaurant shoes from this website. Never received an email, trucking number or a confirmation number for my order. All I got is a charge to my card. It’s been weeks now and nothing yet. Stay away from Buzzylily! They’re a fraud and I’ll do whatever it takes to get my money back because I’m not planning on paying for something that I never got!
Save yourself time and money- never order anything here!

Yep I got the same worthless number from my bank. I too used my debit card. I asked a friend in Honk Kong if it was a HK addy and he said no. So does ANYONE know of a physical address to give to Better Business Bureau?

Wow, your MPT # for BUZZLILY 56885084 is exactly the same as my bank's MPT. Yep, it's a scam!

I ordered a men's fall/winter jacket from this company on February 10, 2020 I just received it in the mail today (June 8, 2020), almost 4 months later. The coat looks NOTHING like the one they showed in the picture...I actually busted out in laughter when I opened it and put it on. It was like felt material and looked like a bathrobe. At this point, I am afraid I won't be able to return it to get my money back. It is not even worth the price I paid for it! Does anyone have any info on how I can get my $% back?

I placed the order for a pair of shoes on this website in the beginning of May or mid May I'm not sure the exact date but I just checked the website and there's nothing to look to the track anything is basically still seeing awaiting shipment. I also emailed them and I still haven't heard back from them all I want now is a refund I don't even want the order but there's no one to communicate to what do I do to get my money back?

I placed an order with this company, I payed for my order in full, and, I have proofs for my paid in full, and company having received my order.
PROBLEM
IT is now going into 3 MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING ( MY ORDER NOR RESPONSE), Not even after I have sent E-MAILS regarding my order not being reviewed.

I should have checked the reviews prior to placing my order, BUT even so IT DOESN'T NOT MAKE IT RIGHT FOR THE COMPANY TO JUST SIMPLY SCAM/TAKE/STEAL ANYONE'S MONEY and get away with it!

I GOT MY MONEY BACK! I looked up the amount and told my debit card company. It was under buzzylily but they sent me a new card with the amount of my purchase!

How long did you wait before filing with your debit card company? I ordered June 1st 2020 and no boots yet. I want my money back and order canceled. Looked at BBB but since I don't know WHERE the company is located I gave up.

Ordered a coat for my mother for mother's day and she never received it. I tried to contact the company and they sent me back a message completely in a foreign language.

I ordered shoes may 17 2020 and I havent received the shoes or a tracking number and when you go to the buffarea website they say contact us but it's not a real site. So I tried to dispute this thru PayPal and still havent heard anything yet. I got scammed out of 35.00 and didnt receive a thing.

On May 19, 2020, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, at a cost of $70. I received notice from my Paypal account the money was withdrawn, but no confirmation that they received the order. They have not contacted me and I have sent 3 email requests.Paypal suggested I give them time, but this has been long enough. Either they are scamming just for themselves, or they are sending the money to terrorist organizations. Please check this out. I am a senior on a limited income and the loss of this money is very important.

May 16, 2020, I googled a companies selling yellow mustard booties. I found the company on google and purchased 2 pair of bootie shoes and a dress. I received an email confirmation of the order. I checked my bank and the money was withdrawn from my bank. I saved the order confirmation. I tried to retrieve the document and the document is now showing no contents in the body of the email confirmation.

Same exact thing happened to me...confirmation email came; email disappeared...not only the contents of the email but the entire note...disappeared! The best thing to do with scam sites is to report it/them to your banking institution, BBB, everyone and everything you can think of and if enough of us file complaints, the sites will be removed...eventually!

I placed the order 2 months and 4 days ago and actually received them today! They never responded to my emails sent to the email shown on the paypal transaction. The shoes/ankle boots came today. Not very good quality overall but I have to admit, they are very comfortable. Said leather but doesn't smell like leather, more of a smell of vinyl. My biggest issue is that you have no idea that you are ordering from a company in China when you see these ads on Facebook or on a Google Search. My suggestion to everyone is not to order anything from Facebook ads. Try to find on-line American companies that are reputable. We should be supporting American companies not companies in China that are ripping us off. Trouble is that the Chinese companies are sneaky and often use addresses in the USA. My husband bought a motorcycle helmet and received something totally different than what he ordered and they said to send it back for a refund but we would have to pay $42 in shipping to send it back. This internet shopping overall is very risky.
