Yes same thing I order a pair of shoes and a Jacket . Have not received anything. Emailed them and they started delay in orders . I ordered March 6, 2020 and have not heard or received anything. Amount I spent was $67.90. They are not responding. Please do not order from them. This is crazy!

I ordered shoes on February 27th. Ive recieved emails from "ivy" saying they are processing my order. I also recieved an email from someone saying they were scammed and her email was being spammed with requests for purchases. All the reviews (i didn't read before the purchase) say they've been scammed. $36.97 to someone taking these honest people's money. Please help stop this scam and get us our money back.

I ordered a product back November 15, 2019. Shipping said Asap and fine print said 7-25 days. We are now almost March of 2020. They claimed in one response to me in Dec 18, 2019, that the factory had a production accident and were working day and night. After reading reviews on social media, that same exact response was being copied and pasted to anyone who ordered from this company within the last year and beyond. They no longer respond to you after the initial “copied and pasted” response from a girl named Ivy that everyone else posted. This company is 100% scamming customers. Most said they didn’t file anything because it took too much time so there’s no telling how much money they’re actually accumulating from people around the world. I’m a single mother of two so any amount to me sets us back and I will take the time to inform as many people as possible.

I purchased a coat, paid for it and got a conformation.. a couple of days later I got an email saying that my cart was full and I need to pay again.. I did, this time with no conformation. I logged back into the site only to discover that my order was once again pending my payment... when I checked my account, not only had the first payment go through.. but the second one as well... &130+ dollars later, over 6 weeks and still no package or response. Lesson learned. I also emailed them, absolutely no response
