I have ordered a dress on June 17th, there is a Paypal charge on my July statement that is has been charged, and I have not received my order as of today, July 27th.
NO one has contacted me, I never recieved a confirmation of my order via email, which I thought was odd. There is no customer service number to contact. What else can I do?

I ordered on June 3 rd -2020 $119. 88 and also on June 15 Th $136. 73 . Never received anything as if this Date July22nd-2020 I wrote the company several time have not received any kind of reply ! Not Sure if this is even a company that’s open they have taken $258 and I have NOT receive anything ? No word if or when ? Where’s my items or my money this is horrible!

On June 6, 2020 I ordered what I thought were the cutest clothes from Buzzylily! I spent $234.08 and have not since the initial confirmation of my order. I have tried to contact them and to no avail! This is criminal and I want a refund!

On 6-19-20 i purchased 4 maxi dresses from Buffarea clothing site in which they charged me $114.00 i have not heard anything from Buffarea since june 19, 2020.. I'm so angry i could kick some arteries out of someone's [censored] for scamming me out my money.

I ordered from a company called vivisboho.com and the money went to a company called Golden Sea Limited in Hong Kong. Luckily, I bought it on credit. The company name that posted to my credit account was Buzzylily. I did not get a confirmation or received anything about my order. I have tried emailing them at least 4 times and received nothing. There is no phone number. It has been 3 eeks since my order and I have received nothing. I filed a complaint to my credit company. Super frustrating! I have seen soooooo many scam companies on Instagram and Facebook. You would think they would vet these advertisers some. I won't ever buy anything from a company advertising on those websites ever again.

6/8/2020 purchased a pair of women's work shoes. Received email for my order, with order #. Money was removed off my card immediately. I paid $35 total for item & taxes/shipping fees. I've reported this website to FTC also. I'd really like to cancel order & get monies back. Thanks

Evidently, these two sites are related. I have emailed "[email protected]" believing that site was used to place my order...no response so I forwarded it the next day to buffarea (in case it didn't get my first request) and during forwarding everything, all text, addresses, etc., showed up in Chinese. I have my order number and thankfully the money paid was through USAA, so now I will at least get my money back and USAA can investigate and help get these erroneous shopping sites shut down. Wish me luck...at least I only lost 64 bucks so that's a plus. Good luck to everyone and please post your displeasure with these sites as FB continues to allow advertising with no regard for scammers and no regard for its users! Thanks for nothing FB. I can't add a photo because there is nothing to photograph. Has anyone ever received their complete order from these jackholes?
