 I contacted Angi list and they sent me to a gentleman by the name of bobby George who was with  Budget Missouri installation- received this off of Angi list.  314-255-9079.  He was hire to do tuck pointing on my chimney.  He then states that I would need a roof on my roof.  I asked him for a quote and he would never give me one. The first check I gave him was for $1200 was a down payment for the job  and then I gave him  $2740.78 for material and for the payment of the roof and to pay the Hispanic that he hired.  He never showed back up and when I called him he stated that he was out of town and that he would call when he returned but he never.
