I received an unrequested product in the mail yesterday. 05/24/2023. I am suspicious that they have a my credit card number. I cancelled with Frontier last night. They told me a new card will be issued.

The item is a kids tiny back pack with the word “Paris” on the front. Underneath is the following: ( which I don’t understand):

“Sweey dfa sscbool swqrrtfta coobesdad dfesgy wrtkvqtescd “.

I suspect this is a test to see if my credit card works.

My wife Googled “Carson” and found a number for complaints.

The address of origin was somewhere in China ???? and then a USPS First class package  sticker from:

Carson

180 Exchange Blvd

Glendale Heights Illinois 60139

The China return says only the following:

“Li Chaoren”

“Description of contents:”

Brushing Scam - received face mask in the mail. Postmarked from Washington D.C. The package originated from an address at 182-08 149th Avenue, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413, USA.

Received a pkg from this person containg TWS-True-Wireless-Stereo i12 headphones and a Nano Mist Sprayer. Did not order anything from this person. Never heard of her. Can't see that she has attempted to take any money from me. No invoice was included in the package. There is a flyer advising us to contact Customer Service at [email protected]. Not going to do that as it might open up some type of doorway into our email, etc. Sure feels like a scam to me.

I received a pair of sunglasses, delivered by USPS on 3/29/2023, which I did not order. In the shipping envelope was a note that said: Dear Sir/Madam - Thank you for ordering products in our shop. We are happy to provide you with the best service. If you have any comments or dissatisfaction, please contact our customer service. (E-mail: [email protected])

After receiving the package I googled (hctt) and saw numerous posts about a scam being run and unknown charges to credit cards being made. My credit card has no unknown charges yet but will watch carefully.

I received a cheap pair of sunglasses in the mail. Outside return address said JIMMY CHOU, 1325 REMINGTON BLVD, UNIT B, BOLINGBROOK, IL 60490 - inside the package was a piece of paper thanking me for ordering products.

I HAVE NEVER ORDERED products from there?

Then it says to contact: support@ HCTT-SERVE.com

When I looked that up - the internet said SCAM! I don't know how to return these? Other then RETURN TO SENDER? Or just hold on to them.

I have not been charged anything yet - but how did they get my name and address to send these?

I will also report to the attorney general in Illinois
