I received a pair of sunglasses, delivered by USPS on 3/29/2023, which I did not order. In the shipping envelope was a note that said: Dear Sir/Madam - Thank you for ordering products in our shop. We are happy to provide you with the best service. If you have any comments or dissatisfaction, please contact our customer service. (E-mail: [email protected])

After receiving the package I googled (hctt) and saw numerous posts about a scam being run and unknown charges to credit cards being made. My credit card has no unknown charges yet but will watch carefully.

I received a cheap pair of sunglasses in the mail. Outside return address said JIMMY CHOU, 1325 REMINGTON BLVD, UNIT B, BOLINGBROOK, IL 60490 - inside the package was a piece of paper thanking me for ordering products.

I HAVE NEVER ORDERED products from there?

Then it says to contact: support@ HCTT-SERVE.com

When I looked that up - the internet said SCAM! I don't know how to return these? Other then RETURN TO SENDER? Or just hold on to them.

I have not been charged anything yet - but how did they get my name and address to send these?

I will also report to the attorney general in Illinois

I received a package via USPS from JOE DOE, 475 Supreme Dr, Bensenville Illinois 60106. The pkg contained one pair of red/black (buffalo plaid I believe they call it) PJ pants size large. There was no invoice of any kind. I DID NOT ORDER THIS PAIR OF PJ PANTS. I was unable to determine who sent the package other than by the tracking number which revealed it was sent from Columbia Missouri.

In addition to this report I am following up with the USPS Fraud Department.

i have received random, small item deliveries from Home Depot to my address, my name, with random phone numbers on the delivery. These items delivered are very small in value ($1 each, + or 1) (examples: a lighswitch plate, a small platic cap). I have not ordered anything from Home Deport. I have not seen any personal loss of money, as I have checked my bank account, my charge accounts, paypal, etc. for any unwarranted purchases that I did not make. We have reported to Home Depot and they are saying that the scammer is using gift cards to make the purchases, but they are coming to me and not going to the scammer, as far as I know. There have been four deliveries to my address in my name of this type over the past 30 days, approximately. We discarded the first 2, have kept the last two that were delivered today. This makes me very uneasy and something is afoul here. I would like to talk to an investigator from the BBB. Home Depot is not being helpful in shutting this down.
