Will Broadwell took large deposit on windows and doors and never saw him again. Been over a year. If anyone knows where he is please call me so police can pick him up. He works for Window World in Richmond but also works on the side. My number 757-365-0627

Contractor promised 4 new replacement windows to be in installed within 3 weeks of 4/19/2021 initial meeting. 50% deposit of $903 given via personal check. After many excuses for the delay, installation date set for 9/18/2021. No show on that date and contractor has placed block on his phone.
