This "company" emailed me in response to me finding a job posting on jobmatchohio and reaching out. After sending an email saying I was interested in the job they responded same day sending me a W4 form to fill out and asking for a photo of my drivers license. There was no address listed for this company and no results when I googled them. Although they said they were based in Ohio their phone number is from California.
