Seemed REAL until the end

Started as online job posting. They emailed me saying I got the position I needed to contact them on Signal to message an HR person. I did an interview through the Signal app. I got an employment letter that I had to sign and send it back. That was hard enough to open and I sent it back. Every time I asked a question I didn’t get an answer. They told me they were going to send me a check via FedEx to purchase the materials to start working. I got the check this morning and when I tried to deposit it, it will not be accepted on my bank app. I looked up the materials they want me to purchase and I saw that it was a scam.

the scammer "interviewed" me for a job, after an interview offer through email, the interview took place on an app. Then I "got" the job right away. he sent me a contract, from anotehr company with another name. So they sent me a new contract, which had fake logos on it from Bravura solutions. then he said he sent me a check and that I received it and to check the tracking. I did not receive it. He started saying that I did receive it, and I removed the app.
