Type of a scam Online Purchase

The owner Brandt Buchanan was going to sell me an African Grey Parrot, named Charlie and also ship it to my home address through Global Freight Cargo. Brandt only charged me $165.00 for the bird and shipping. We did not meet or talk over the phone, only text message. I then paid this person through walmart.com money gram. Brandt tells me that Charlie will be shipped Monday morning, June27,2016. The Parrot did not come and Brandt said that Tuesday morning the bird will arrive. I then get a phone call from Global Freight (334-219-0098) and an email saying that i have to send $400.00 so that the bird can be shipped in a kennel. The man i spoke with was Asian, he told me to send the money to Carol Crawford in Springfield Texas through western union. I then sent the money and the website from my email said the plane was in flight and that i would receive my parrot at 7:50pm Tuesday June 28,2016, i didn't receive the parrot. I checked my email from global freight that i have to send $1500.00 for a leg band for the bird. The Asian man from Global Freight told me that i would be refunded in cash or through pay pal after the parrot has been delivered. I tried to send the $1500.000 through western union, until i got an email saying that the transaction couldn't be completed. I called western union and they told me that Carol Crawford didn't exist. I then reported Carol Crawford, Brandt Buchanan, and Global Freight Cargo as a Fraud. then i tried to request my money back from the owner Brandt, but he told me i have to wait after 14 days to receive my money because it was the company's policy. he did not show me any papers from this company nor am i familiar with this company. I told him to send my money of $565.00 and he would get refunded by the company anyways. I just didn't want to wait long for my money to be given to me. I asked nicely for my money back and Brandt still told me to wait the 14 days. I have proof of all emails, text messages, voice mail, and money transactions.
