Had a pop up on my phone when on safari, a number popped up for apple tech. I was charged 99$ to “fix” my

I was on the internet looking up about E-bikes and then my phone froze and went dark and I couldn't do anything. I got a message (and I didn't save the phone number) but it said to call this number and pay either 29.99 for a one time charge to reactivate my phone or 149.99 for unlimited use. I choose the unlimited and a person came on the phone and asked for my credit card number and I was charged on my bill 149.99 under the name BRAHM TCH LLC phone number 551-800-7863 NJ. I looked up the co. and saw it was a legitimate co. and wondered whether they were hacked and a person was using there co. as a "Front" and receiving money through them somehow. I called my Visa co. and told them. They put a dispute with the co. (which happens to be a web /graphic design co.- I bet they don't know this is going on). I'm so upset that scammers have reached a new low.
