I received an item that looked nothing like what was pictured on the website. It was low quality and took forever to get here. Mysteriously when I began complaints the dress could no longer be found on the website. I had to use my order email to obtain a picture of the original item ordered. Had a lot of back and forth with customer service where they only offered 60% refund. They should not be allowed to do business, I've also encountered them using merchandise pics from other credible websites, as their own.

The website advertises something completely different than what was received. No refund was given even though met refund policy. Attached picture shows ad vs what was received. I cannot get refunded and i now have to pay more money to get another dress since the dress i received was not usable.
