All the phone employees had middle eastern accents / they do not answer phones. You have to dial and they only call you back but do to answe phones. You can only leave messages. They supposedly help you format and self publish books. They said they would have it done i 30 days and it has been from March to August. They waned half down payment and tried to collect the rest but we said no. They have our material and will not return our calls. they have made lots of excuses. PLEASE HELP .... I AM 91 YEARS OLD.
