I was told that they were a book publishing Company and the would republish my Children’s book with a new cover, it never happened after I paid them I was ghosted by the scammer.

I was trying to publish my new book with Amazon. This so called Amazon company doesnt seem to be the real Amazon. They took my credit card payment and never delivered book as proomised. I called my credit cards at Chase and Wells Fargo to cancel payment. They seem to be demanding me to pay before I can see even one sample. This is abusive. Please help me.
