This company is a joke. They out source work. They do not answer the phone. They do not return phone calls. I tried to call and cancel an order after reading how awful their company is. I called probably 25 times on Friday with no answer or call back. I continued to call on Monday, same issue. Until I got on with their chat and said I would file a dispute. Then like magic someone calls me back but informs me that there is a 40 $ charge to cancel since the driver is in route. So I said okay, pick up my order then. He says he needs to call the driver and will call me back. Waited until past my pickup time. No one shows up. No phone call from driver. So I call to cancel due to them being late. I am oddly told okay we will cancel have a great day, 2 days later I have a 40$ charge from them. They assure me I did not call on Friday. I guess I am a liar too. This company is 100% trash. Stay away -

This is a woman who pretends to have a laundry service, but instead, calls other laundry services pretending to be you and then adds extra money to your credit card. I was charged a $30 cancellation fee because I realized it was a scam. But the bigger issue, is that this woman is running a fraudulent business pretending to have local laundry service but instead is impersonating the client and has no relationship with the actual laundry service. Total scam!!!! Also puts fake driver information on the account- see picture below.
