I was told I had to complete this prior to a certain date. I went online and plugged in Boir and ended up on this site. In the end of completing all my business info, I had to pay 349.00 to file. Just received my credit card bill and tried to figure out the charge. I plugged in the phone number on the credit card statement and it showed up as SCAM.
