Scammer presented themselves as "Bogey Bros" on Facebook offering a 90% discount off of merchandise. Was able to successfully place my order and received what appeared to be a legit tracking number. After about six weeks the tracking system reflected "delivered" which it wasn't. When I contacted the merchant they suggested their system reflected "delivered" and I should check with neighbors, my Ring doorbell incase it was stolen, etc. I informed them that I live in an area where houses are far enough apart that incorrectly delivered doesn't happen. They resent the order with a new tracking number that worked for about two weeks, and then the link errored out. When confronted about the issue, the excuse they gave was well thought out and they gave a new link that worked. On Friday December 6th I checked the link to confirm status and again "delivered". I work from home on Friday and received a FedEx and two Amazon deliveries but nothing else and nothing from USPS. I emailed again, advising 2nd shipment not received, expressing my disappointment and requesting a fully refund. This morning I received an apologetic email, blaming the delivery service, and advising that the carrier only agreed to a 60% refund. At this point 60% is better than nothing so I accepted their offer. Remains to be seen if refund is processed without having to give up my CC info.....again.
