Eric Greer, of Blue Diamond Builder LLC, was paid on 3/20/21. The amount of $20,000 was paid by a personal check. Eric and I held several conversations in person and on the phone with promise of his services in contract, in which he did not deliver. Since then I have filed legal action against Mr. Greer on June 10, 2021 with the Superior Court of New Jersey. Please be cautious of Eric Greer and Blue Diamond Builder in New Jersey.
