Instagram Advertisement Top Luxy Bag On Sale - Nordstrom Rack— Nordstrom Rack one day Neiman Marcus Marc Jacob Tote bag sale. Ordered items on 6/22/23 from Bloomingdale-Mall.com. Received shipping receipt from Nordstrom Rack on 6/25/2023 however no merchandise received. On the bottom of receipt there’s an email address provided. Emailed [email protected] multiple times no response. Looked up Nordstrom Rack and called Customer Service was advised multiple calls received regarding this with customers not receiving orders or products received not being what was advertised. Representative states order numbers are not Nordstroms and it’s a scam, advised situation has been escalated to management and customers are asked to contact their bank. Upon contacting the bank the place is Hong Kong.
