They offered to buy my vacation membership i paid 5000.00. for and give me 68000.00 I just have to open account in Mexico and they will broker deal at 6% and I pay nothing up front closing and all fees come out of account! Sounds to good to be true

Phone call saying he had a buyer for Mexico timeshare. Sent a letter of intent with a price for purchase. Much more than we paid. Asking for a signature and copy of timeshare agreement.

Researched company to best of my ability and found no reviews. Properties for sale on their website led to an error so you couldn’t get any information. Not entertaining this offer.

Beware.
