Type of a scam: Online Purchase

After waiting about 3-4 weeks for my order, I contacted the customer service email to ask about my order. The "tracking" info is a site they refer to see your order status-- it gets delayed and then is in process of being delivered. The customer service person seems real and tries to convince you to wait longer for your order to arrive because of a mishap and that they will reorder it for you if it takes x amount of days and you still haven't received it. After I waited again and contacted "Dolly," I stated that it was a scam and that I want my money refunded...she kept leading me on and trying to come up with reasons to wait and then finally showed an image of the "tracking" device stating my order was delivered. I was at the post office today and it is apparent this is a complete lie. Now she says that she can only refund me 60% and that it's a great loss for "them" to do this because it's not their fault that it got lost... buyer beware!
