Type of a scam: Retail Business

Purchased a Buffalo Bills custom jersey. Was advertised as the 2019 Armed Forces commemorative jersey. Had to reach out to CS to find shipping information. Very little communication with them. Finally my brother received the jersey. The custom number and name were correct. There is NOTHING that indicates that it is a Buffallo Bills jersey.
BIG SCAM.

Pretty much the same think happened to me. Ordered a jersey for my brother. They charged my credit card and have not received it yet. I sent them a email in there contact section of website. They got back to me saying it was shipped, however when I track the package it says usps currently awaiting package.

My son wanted a specific player and color of a Buffalo Bills jersey. I couldn't find the jersey anywhere (should have been my first clue) but I was able to order the jersey from Billsapparelshop.com thinking it was the real Bills store that goes by the name theBillsstore.com The jersey was priced at 85.99 so I wasn't thinking that this jersey was much cheaper than I might find in the store. I got an email saying that the order shipped on May 21. They had already charged my credit card 4 days earlier. The tracking number was not correct and a slew of emails went back and forth. It was finally received 34 days after purchased and it is a complete fake. The tag says Nike but the stitching is terrible, the colors don't match and when it is next to a real authentic Nike jersey it is obvious that it is a cheap imitation of a real jersey. Now I'm involved in the return process and judging from my dealings with this company I'm certain that this will be a disaster! They use a name similar to a known business so you won't be suspicious and then the product is not at all what was described. Clearly another example of cheap Chinese goods coming into this country.
