Scammer from BillingMgmt.net reported that I have been owed an outstanding amount at a hospital I previously visited, West Valley Hospital in Arizona. After calling the hospital directly, they confirmed this is not one of the debt collection agencies they use, and there is no debt.

However, this fake company offered to settle for $400 and threatened litigation.
