Type of a scam Online Purchase

SCAM!!!

Absolute BS fake company. Been waiting nearly three weeks for a Christmas present I ordered on the 10th (said it would be here by the 22nd) Now it's the 28th and it STILL says in transit. The company WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. I see others have had similar experiences. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

Sizing recommendations are way off. Build quality was inferior. Says DOT but it is the cheapest material I have seen in a DOT helmet. BIKERFOWARD was horrible to work with. After shipping the product without goggles and above issues, the company charged a restocking fee as well as return shipping. I contacted them to give an opportunity to rectify the situation and they disappeared with no response. STAY AWAY!

I purchased a pair of pants for $70 and they did not fit. They claim to have 30 day hassle free returns. I emailed her and they first offers me a $15 credit. They then offered a $20 credit. After stating that was still unacceptable, they had me fill out a return form and send pictures. They responded finally with a return authorization. And said it would be a lengthy process. They claim to be located in CA. I filled everything out and packaged it per their request, paid $25 for ship it back, only to have it returned to sender and the package not even opened! The address was absolutely correct to what they gave me from Biker Forward. The phone number listed is not longer in service. Now I’m out the price of pants plus the $25!
