I checked out and was told I had to pay thru zelle. After I paid $116, I received and email saying to shipping service needed and additional $102 to ship the items. I tried contacting ‘the big vape store’ for a refund and their email doesn't exist. I tried calling and texting the phone number and no answer.

Once they get your cash app payment they say they will send tracking information. But they never do. They block me and I can't even send email to any emails from sales or on cash app. I paid and then got ghosted.

I ordered vapor cartridges from big vape store dot com. On june sixth I paid two hundred and fifty dollars for fifteen cartridges to be delivered to me Within forty eight hour period. A man contacted me and said that I was to cash app in the money and then they could process my order. I did so and he immediately texted me back and said they have shipped my order.. After that there was no more response from big vape store or the man I paid on cash app the two hundred and fifty dollars. Three days later twenty four hours after I was supposed to receive my package a man He mailed me and said he was from supreme postal service and that my package would be on hold until I paid them over two hundred dollars in insurance for my package to be delivered safely. I told them that I had already paid for the package to be delivered here. Safely and then I expected my refund or my package to be delivered here. Safely with no further charges and now nobody is responding to me and it's been over a week. Somebody please shut these people down.
