I thought I had put an order in on Big lots it was a really good deal supposedly and they took the money it's on my credit I mean they charged my credit card I never received anything so now I have to dispute the charges

On Jan 4 2025 I made 2 purchases. I used my pay pal credit card at *ULIKEMARKET SH. Total cost 32.00 USD. 1.00 USD. Foreign transaction fee was the 1.00 . I made my purchases from BIGLOTS! web page. 1st purchase was a PU Leather Office Computer Chair. Blue. 10,00 for 1. Order # 120350-379608. 2nd purchase was 1 Aonee Dish Drying Rack 2 Tier Dish Rack. 10.00. Then on Jan 8 2025 I purchased a couple more items from UNIVA*ULIKEMARKET CO. Total costs was 26.00 USD 1.00 USD. 8 count Tide PODS laundry soap. And 2 Downy booster beads. I got a tracking # AM693606635CN. I tried to track it. It said to wait. It was from Track718 logistics. After waiting for about a month i finally tracked it from China to a little town in Eden Ut. It sat there for about 6 days. On Feb 8 2025 it now says delivered, but not to me. Where is it ???? Please im begging for your help. Thank you.
