Type of a scam Investment
Tribe was to include:
1. Genesis Roundtable-Tribe kickoff meeting
· when: April 28-6PM CT through April 30-12PM CT
· where: Todds House
· Travel/Lodging: Each Tribe member responsible for their own travel and lodging.
We will provide a list of hotels and nearby airports.
2. Weekly personal coaching
· I will personally coach you, each week (1 on 1)
* Begins the first week of May through December 2017
3. Bi-monthly Tribe team calls
* 2 exclusive Tribe team conference calls per month
· led by myself and will include special guests and other thought-leaders I invite
4. The Message in You-Training
· This training walks you through a proven process to discover your personal story and individual message.
· Live teaching and Q & A with the creator of this course-one of the nation's top experts and my personal ghostwriter.
· Step by step virtual follow-up training delivered through Leaderpass.
5. Sharing Your Message
· Your story and testimonial will be featured in my upcoming book-scheduled to be released in bookstores this fall.
· You will be showcased in my Virtual Coaching program.
· I will assist you in recording your own 10-minute video training.
Your video will be included as a breakout session for the thousands of global attendees who participate in my book launch Simulcast this fall.
You will also be provided this video that can be used on your own personal site, if you so choose.
6. Revenue share
· I have created a revenue stream opportunity for my Tribe members based on their referrals to the Beyond Driven resources such as coaching, events, and simulcast sales.
· You will receive a 20%-40% commission for sales tracked to your efforts.
7. Brand enhancement
· You will be certified as a trainer under the Beyond Driven Coaching brand.
· This includes cubranding with my training systems & tools to help grow and monetize your own coaching brand.
8. Live Seats
· 2 in-person tickets to my global Simulcast this fall
· When and Where-location Atlanta, Ga-exact date to TBD
9. Leaderpass account

However, Todd and the Beyond Driven team have continued to make excuses after excuse for not fulfilling any part of there commitment except the Round Table...
Between May and July (12 weeks) I had 1 coaching session with him. I got excuses including - hes a vitcim of credit card fraud and cant meet, he has to fulfill his commitments to other clients too, he's preparing for his wedding, he's getting married, hes going on his honeymoon, he's a father, he needs family time, he schedule is just so full! ALL THINGS THAT WERE HAPPENING IN HIS LIFE BEFORE COLLECTING $10K FROM ME AND 29 OTHER PEOPLE. If these things were going to prevent him from fulfilling his commitment (in writing) he should NOT have taken our money or launched "Tribe"
"Tribe" was a 7 month commitment, of which all of the above were to occur...there was no book launch, Leaderpass was not set up with trainings until NOW (Feb 2018) 3 months after "Tribe" ended. There was no feature in the book, no simulcast, no 10 minute video. In fact none of those are reality as of today. He is actually launching a new "tribe" with the promise of these things happening September 2018 (a year after it was promised to the original program.) And he's charging the New participants half the price ($5k) which clearly shows how much he scammed the original group of us - literally pocketing $290k and fulfilling not one of his tangible commitments.
Todd Cahill himself was my coach. In addition to being my coach we were both distributors for a MLM. Part of our contract with the MLM was that should we terminate our relationship we will not contact any of our team/business partners regarding a new company. Todd Cahill left the Company and in July (when he had not time to provide the coaching services I'd just $10k for) he decided to message me multiple times asking to speak with me about something important...it was a 40 minute pitch to join him in his new MLM. Clearly, he didn't have Tribe commitments as any priority, he just needed our $290k in what seemed to be perfect time for his wedding.
His coaching skills are a 100% mock of Tony Robbins and David Byrd Consulting...He literally is mimicking there entire coaching platforms and charging for it.
When you ask him to be accountable he belittles and degrades you. At first he is quite charming and plays himself off as a family man with strong family and people helping values. However this is far from the truth. As a business owner he lacks responsibility, integrity, honesty, and commitment. He is a fast talker and a bully. He only wants to obtain as much $ as he can and he doesn't care how he does it.
