I ordered this product for son unfortunately I'm still waiting for the product, this is sad you spend your hard-earned money to do things for your loved ones and people take advantage of that I'm absolutely disgusted hoping this could be resolved not just for me but everyone else.

It seems I have the same issue as everyone else on here. Took my money. I received one email of confirmation. A tracking number that tells me it's sitting in San Francisco, CA. Even the USPS tracking information states its sitting there. So if it's a scam our own united states is involved with this scam. What's next? We just toss this up as a loss or what? On November 1st i ordered 4 each a different color . 3 on one order 1 on second order. Confirmation email with order numbers received November 2nd. Money cleared my Bank on November 3rd. NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I have sent 6 emails and never received any response. This was the ONLY online order that I did not check out their website first. MY mistake. I have contacted our Attorney General's office and have agreed to wait to see if they arrive before Christmas. If not we will proceed for further action. If I had checked out their site (like i normally do) I would have seen nothing but negative reviews for same thing. Paid, never received.

I ordered four adult ride on toys. They sent me an order summary that said, my order was successful. I should receive within 7 to 12 business days. When i went to checkbon my order it said no order was placed but the took the money off my card. I tried to email several times but no reply. I have several pictures but it will only let me upload one. This is my bank statement showing where i pqid for the order.
