I ordered the ride on toy. Never received confirmation of my order. I sent an email to the company asking the status of my order with no reply. With that I went straight to my cc company told them what happened and asked for a full refund. I buy stuff online all the time, never had any issues until now. I will be spreading the word to steer clear of this website. Sorry that all of you had to experience this also.

On dec. 15 I ordered 3 riding toys for my grandbabies. This was suppose to be there Christmas gift. I am so upset over this. Its not right they took my money. But I haven't received my purchases. I ordered 3 of the wild thing riding toys. 1 adult and 2 children. They were based on weight. 126.00 dollars. This is wrong. Now my grandchildren don't have a gift from their nana. I can't believe this company is able to just take your cash and run with it. I ordered 2 Electric 3 wheeler's which honestly I thought were an extremely good deal! Obviously too good of a deal! I recently started inquiring about my order via email only to have the emails bounce back stating Mailbox Full - this is a permanent issue. I looked on the website for another way to contact them and there were none. I'm not sure what I can do at this point to get my money back. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. This is so disappointing.

Contact your bank or the card company you used and let them know what happen. 99% of the time if you got scammed by a website they will issue you a refund

I ordered 3 electric cars for my grandsons for Christmas on Halloween 2021. Received confirmation number promised I would have in 2-3 weeks. A month later I received a tracking number and that it was shipped “ SUPER ECONOMY EXPRESS GLOBAL SHIPPING”! What the heck is that? I tried to contact 2 weeks ago to no avail! Was looking at Market Place on FB & noticed several ads for the same cars. Started looking ad over at the very bottom was BettyChilde in small letters! I paid $115. & so change, it cleared my account & no cars! Not only is my grandsons Christmas going to be ruined, I’ve lost my $$$$! Where do I go to report her to someone who can help me get my $ back or do I file fraud charge on my account?

Bought 4 for my kids and grand kids took my money and got no confirmation tracking number or anything so now my kids and grandkids are out there main Christmas presents and we are out 200 dollars. I sent many emails and no response of any kind. Should have known it was to good to be true. I want my money back or some way to find the [censored] that takes people's money and don't care. And shame on Facebook for even allowing these ads on it. They should be held accountable so well.
