I also placed two orders for 1 child electric power cart and 1 adult power cart a year ago and did not receive either. I received emails with tracking numbers as well and have written to them twice with no response. it ruined my grandson's Christmas and my son's birthday.

Ordered 2 large awesome power wheels in November of 2021 even paid extra to make sure they would be there before Christmas. They took my money. It is now June 2022 and have not gotten a refund the power wheels or anything else. I want my money or my products.

On March 19th I ordered 2 still chain saws 881 totals all together was 119.00 when they took the money from my credit card about a week later I received a tracking # I tracked my order all the way until it showed my order was delivered to my address but it didn't arrive when I contacted this Betty childe she emailed me that my package was not sent but it was there fault so they would reimburse my money that was weeks ago still I have nothing

J'ai commandé une table pour faire des casse-tête, c'était à un prix incroyable 49,67 $... j'aurais dû m'en douter que c'était une arnaque. Je ne l'ai jamais reçu et ne la recevra probablement jamais. J'ai été naïve mais je vais retenir une leçon... ne plus faire confiance à ce genre de publicité sans prendre plus d'information sur la compagnie

I ordered 2 ride on toys from them, EVEN paid extra for the adult version in November 2021 hoping they could be Christmas presents for my 2 grandchildren I just adopted but NEVER received anything. Tried to email with our number details of them taking my money but have NEVER heard anything back and they have no really way to contact them. I hope someone figures o our who they are and beats the [censored]ing daylights out of them for lying and stealing especially during such a time of struggle. They should be ashamed of themselves!

Ordered electric kids cars Jan 30th from raealed.club expected to arrive by March 1st. March 23rd, searched online to try to track with tracking number provided but no shipping company. Began searching for info on this company and found numerous complaints (probably hundreds from the last 4-6 months) and not a single person had received what they ordered and none could seem to get in touch with this company. I replied to [email protected] from the confirmation email I received after the order was placed, and asked for tracking info and a status update. I actually did get a reply the next day (below)

"We found it for you, there was a problem with the logistics。We will cancel your order and the funds will be returned in the same way. This time is about 1-3 weeks.Now I will arrange a refund for you. i am sorry about that。

I noticed it was a different support email address noted below the message - [email protected] instead of [email protected] so I went searching bettychilde.com and found this page with all the same scenarios and complaints.
I have replied and told them I expect the refund to be completed in no more than 1 week. I have contacted my credit card company as well and if the refund is not processed in 1 week, the charge will be disputed.

I ordered a puzzle table in mid January. They gave me a tracking number, but no shipping company has a number for it. I have sent an email back from the email I got saying it shipped. Nothing. So I sent a few more. Now it says there is no address. Took my money, and now I have no product or money. Big scam. And this is not the only website this has happened to do this. We ordered grills, a mobility scooter, earrings that were for Christmas and Kay and Jared online. Got product but it was a bait and switch. So, be very careful buying from adds when you play games. Out of 10 sites, I have gotten maybe 2 items. Usually it's small things I get. Or they send me the wrong thing. I bought a camera printer, they sent me selfie sticks. Can't tell you how angry I am about these sites. This one is the last straw!

I ordered 3 sets of their scooters for my grandkids Christmas. 3 large and 3 small to be delivered at 3 separate addresses. They confirmed the order, snagged $87.30 each, totalling $260.90. Sent a notice that it was being processed 6 days later and then nothing. Can't contact them, no phone. Can't email. I signed up on their website, nothing. Just disappeared

I ordered the green awesome power wheel for my grandson for Xmas on November 21st, I received my confirmation email, then on December 1st got item has shipped email and have not received nothing since smh now I find out its a scam, glad I didn't tell my grandson he would b broken hearted, its such a shame ppl can do this and feel good about themselves ugh smh, I'll get my funds back.

Ordered Power Wheel for my grandson for Christmas and I got an email telling me my order is on the way, that was on the 3rd of December because Christmas was fast approaching I decided to track my order through Australia Post, which I was told my order is in Shanghai on hold because of covid than I got notification that it's in Melbourne in the last week of January I was told it arrived in Sydney and it's been delivered to an address unknown, I don't know how to tell my grandson I'm very disappointed.

Ordered my Grandson an electric power wheel 3/12/21 fir xmas, last week received a email sending me a tracking number, wednesday, australian post send a delivered address which is in.NSW, Im In QLD. Dont know how we're going to explain to him, he was really looking firward and excited about his present.. very upset, these scammers need to be put behind bars for ruining and hyrting people lives.

We ordered 3 of the electric cars for $115.00, on Nov 7, 2021, got a confirmation email and a tracking number. When they didn't show up we tracked the package, and it was supposedly delivered to an address in Florida. Messages sent to their customer support address were returned undeliverable. We paid for these with our Huntington Bank debit card, so we reported it to them. There was nothing they could do because we actually authorized the purchase. Anybody know what we can do to bring these crooks to justice?
