Reshipper scam. Sent packages to personal address then tried to make proxy seller account to sell supposedly car radios. Used personal information to create LLC in Texas under my name. Other websites exist with the same template. Was unaware until November 2018 then cut off all communication with scammer. They would only try paying thru PayPal.

Ok so this company steals peoples credit card information while proccessing payments through whatever channels theyre using at that particular time. They might be evading state online sales tax. So with the credit card information they do what they want. For the person that has been hired they are used as a middleman for the packages to get lost somewhere. when the employee recieves the package, they take out the envoice and remove the shipping label. the employee then uploads the invoice, a new label is shipped via website, the employee then puts the label on the package. The new label has a completely different address on it when it got there, and then it is shipped out. the reciept is then uploaded to the website and thats it.

So you say whats the crime? well just ask the three major companies that were set up with a false EIN number and are pressing charges on the guy who fell for the middleman position in the first place.
