This company "bought" a debt collector because they were being sued by many many people for their abusive collections practices...in fact, several of their collections agents have been sued and I believe some have been arrested/have done time. They do not contact you for payment, they do not send invoices/bills like other agencies...they just sit on your debt while they earn a percentage off what they consider "interest". I have tried to contacting them on multiple occasions, but they let all calls go to voicemail and they never respond. This is impacting my ability to move on with my life after a debt from Pacific Bell that is over 20 years old from a company that NO LONGER EXISTS.

These people need to be put out of business.
