Bespokepro (from BespokeWearPro.com) advertises on social media and sells counterfeit products of extremely poor quality. When customers realize the items are fake and of unacceptable quality, the company directs them to a support portal at silvercity.zendesk.com. Instead of accepting returns, they initially offer a 15% refund and then increase it to 20% in an attempt to avoid taking back the counterfeit, nonfunctional products.
