False advertisement for Easter Nee Doh set. Not actually a NeeDoh product. Looks nothing as advertised. Won't respond to multiple emails sent wanting a refund.

I ordered a NeeDoh Golden Egg Hunt for my kids' Easter baskets on March 10. I contacted them weekly by email because there was no phone number listed to see where my items were. All it said on the tracking info was "in transit." Easter came and left and still nothing. I emailed several more times with no response. Then, I emailed to say I would be reporting them and guess what? 2 days later the items arrived. However, they were completely counterfeit and of horrible quality. Not only did I have to go shopping the night before Easter to have something for my kids' baskets, but now I just have a pile of junk squishies that are worthless.

I purchased an item from Berano.co but it was not what I received.This is a fake. I took a photo of the return address of where the package came from along with what I actually received and also a photo of what was advertised.

Ordered Nee-Doh in an Easter pack from Berano.co, received TINY, fake squishies that are not Nee-Doh, but in the fake packaging. I attempted to contact and return, per their return policy and got no response for 5 business days. I followed up, but heard nothing.

Ordered through instagram and paid through shop pay 40.00 from Berano.co. Received needohs that are not needohs, low quality squishy toys. The berano website is no longer available and only contact info was email [email protected]
