Had my personal information

Guy called claimed I was being sued. Came up as "TEXAS CALLER" on caller ID. Had my number and my husband's phone number, and they had the last four of my SS#. Said they mailed us documents 45 days ago for a credit card company that was suing me. I told them to mail me everything they had and don't call again. Not sure if they had my address because I didn't give that to them. We shall see if anything comes of it but we do not have any old credit cards that we owe money on.

Phone number 323-306-8772 , but called from a blocked number , threatened to serve me a arrest water, her name she used was Monica ext 1011, I told her not to call again she said I’ll call you as much as I want whenever I want with that attitude , they called my son too same thing was said , they wanted a credit card payment of over 900 $ today would rise to 3000 if not paid today they sent me a docusign link to send them money this is no way for a accredited law firm to act , full blown scam

.....I was called 9.21.23 thru an anonymous phone number. call went to my robocaller app w translated message as follows.....This is the urgent message intended for ...... My name is Lionel maker and I'm contacting you in reference to a complaint that's been filed with my office. If you have any questions regarding the pending actions, thoughts are being filed. You need to contract the issuing firm. Phone number is 323-406-6446, that's 323-406-6446 month and provide reference number xxx-xxxx, that's reference number xxx-xxxx. It says require immediate attention and it's imperative the firm speaks with it. Otherwise would be forced to make a decision without your consent. Thanks very much.

I contacted the phone number thru a google voice number I set up to conceal my information and talked w a woman who asked for my ref number. I told her I was not going to provide that and she informed me...well then, you can just wait till you receive the legal papers. I waited a couple weeks and called back again today and I asked her for the name of the company and she said it was Benton Asset Reovery...I asked for physical mailing address of the company and she would not provide it. She said I could look it up. I asked again and she started yelling at me. I told her my attorney wanted the address so she could file a complaint and the woman started yelling again and hung up. Definitely a scam.
