A lady called me from phone number 754-286-6980, supposedly from the state processing and fraud division (i called back to see who was calling and that is what they said) saying i would be getting a subpoena, then Steve Moore called me and said i owed Chase Bank $4434.70, case number CMX1737; i went through chapter 13 bankruptcy and it was satisfied completely in 2016 (i have all my papers) including Chase; Steve Moore was exceptionally rude to me; this bankruptcy was satisfied 7 years ago; and he also asked for the last 4 of my social; additionally i was also the victim of identity theft in October 2021 so these scammers are late; i blocked their numbers

On 11/3/23 Maria with the state processing unit, left a voicemail from #740 239 8183 threatening me with legal action, a lien, wage garnishment and that a process server would be sent to my house. She left my full name and full address which is illegal as she could have dialed the wrong#. Threatening phone calls are illegal and I want this company fined. They also used the name Benson and Jacobs Law office to further threaten me, She left a tel# to call back 1 877 700 6515.
