Scammed me out of 820 dollars

Charles @ Been Had Those LLC scammed me out of my 820 dollars. I purchased three pairs of shoes off him via Facebook messenger. I trusted Charles and sent him the money via Cash App because we used to work together @ Holloman AFB NM. It’s excuse after excuse why he can’t refund me. It’s always “first this tomorrow” and then tomorrow comes and goes. Then it’s a week now it’s been over a month. Charles is broke AF and so is Been Had Those. He has to steal money from customers to look someone relevant in life. He thinks I’m going to sit her and let him steal from me. He has another thing coming. Filed a complaint with BBB and actively taking legal action. I also filed a police report with Jacksonville PD & Federal Bureau of Internet Scams. Save your time and money. Don’t do business with Been Had Those

The been had those company was supposed to send me multiple pairs of high valued tennis shoes (Lost and Found Jordan 1s) I also have the sizes if needed. A few days passed by with no tracking and all he gave me was excuse after excuse, then weeks and then months went by. I still have the proof and text messages of our conversations and payments sent. I also found out that he has scammed several other people for a large amount of money also. His Instagram name is @officialkingcharles and he also uses @BeenHadThose. I can also provide contact of several other people he has scammed and they also have proof.
