Baerskin Tactical is a very misleading company. They have proven unsatisfactory with their service in a growing list of cases. You can see on their Facebook page that there are a multitude of complaints against them for not sending products paid for, or for sending products months later and not responding to any questions or concerns. There's not a viable phone number or email address where you can get responses through. We asked them to cancel our product once we found out that their guarantee for receiving orders in 10-14 days is not valid. They confirmed three times via PayPal dispute messaging that they processed our refund but lied. There was never a refund processed. We have everything documented. This company is highly questionable and needs to be vetted.
