My father bought a package for a service $369. and after they fixed the computer they said we owed them more money for the service. My dad gave them his charge card and then thought about it and reported it as fraud. I called twice afterward questioning them and they said I had 24 hours to make the decision. They are supposed to call me tomorrow and I will refuse to pay.

What’s there number

I thought that I was dealing with a legit company representing Threat Track which is located in Clearwater FL., but oh how wrong I was. The company called Basic Software Solutions stated that my Firewall had been breached numerous times, and that they would clear up my problem. In order to clear up this problem they needed for me to give them permission to look inside my computer to see what was wrong in order to correct the issue. After this Basic Software Solutions was inside my computer they took over control of my computer, and all I saw was my computer looking like it was about to explode. There were so many things going on right and left it was all so confusing to me. I guess that was their whole purpose for suddenly there were all these supposedly Firewall hack's that were on my computer. I thought it was a little questionable, but how was I to know that this is how Scam Artist work. I found this out after actually getting in touch with the actual company that handled my malware security for my computer. I regress next Basic Software Solutions needed sometime to correct the issue as they stated, and after about an hours time according to them my computer had been fixed. All of this was to cost me $499.99 dollars of which I had no choice to pay for they were still in control of my computer. I did so for they were holding my computer like a hostage. I had no way of knowing if there ever was anything ever wrong with my computer at all. I have filled a Fraud Claim with my bank Wells Fargo, along with contacting the legit Basic Software Solutions company, along with the Better Business Bureau to try to stop Fraud companies like this from being in business ever again. Basic Software Solutions you have messed with the wrong person, and I want everyone to Beware of your tactics you use to prey on those of out there that you prey upon unknowingly.

Because I thought I'd been scammed by another company I contacted them and they spent a lot of time going through my computer and told all my wifi was now covered. I paid them GBP500. I feel sick.

i bought an echo device last month and then  searched for an Alexa app setup on the internet. I found this website which is https://www.nextgenhomesolutions.us/  They told me to give them my phone number and name for support, and after 5 minutes they called me and told me to give them computer access, so I did. After that, they showed me a fake virus and network problem and asked me for my banking information. I got scared when they told me that if I want to fix this, it's up to me to pay $499.99 for 3 years. They were pretending to be helping me and gave me an amazon support number to reach them at: 833-400-4018 or 888-400-9340 and the Indian company name is Kinfo IT Solutions. Once they charged my card it shows as Basic Software Solutions. They also run another fake website of antivirus and Garmin support. I got there official name by searching on the internet 941-786-1665 (Rohit Sharma) 981-491-7878 987-878-5150 946-522-3128 (Tejinder Pal Singh). I lost $600.

Went to the Canon Store and purchase a Canon Printer.  Didn't use it right away because of health problems.  The printer wouldn't attach to the computer and when I got it attach, the colors wasn't clear.  The colors were off, items that were printed had a gray undertone, or a pinkish undertone.  Printer would never work properly so, I call Cannon, they sent me out another printer and that one did work at all.  Then I got a call from Basic Software Solution and they said they could tell me how to hock it up.  All I had to do is give them access to my computer. In my 84 years, I should have known better, they told me for $129.00 I had a Trojan in my computer and they could clear that up.  That would probably only last a week.  For another $70.00 they could insure me that they could take care of the problem for a year.  So, I let them do it.  When I tried to use my computer no-thing change.  That's when I figure it was a scam.  That's when I went to a local computer company and had my computer clean out.  The Canon Printer still doesn't work.  Later looking up the company, everything I found was in Chinese.  Couldn't reach anyone.
