Bargain Deals Warehouse Reports & Reviews – Page 2 (34)

One of the email subscriptions I have is for "supposedly "free stuff and deals and this company used that website to advertise a vehicle dash cam. All that was required was to pay shipping and handling to get the dash cam. So I placed the order and a few minutes later I received an email to sign up to the bargain deals warehouse, so I did. I assume that was when they justified debiting my debit card another $59.96 dollars a few days later after they took out the initial shipping and handling fee. If its not illegal what they did, it is definitely dishonest and immoral and is thievery. I will be disputing this debit with the paperwork I have sent to the walmart company and go from there. I have already sent the company an email and they responded and said their customer service number is 1-855-594-4757.

I also got scammed over this blender gift to just pay for shipping. Now I'm out of more than $235.00 for a $10 blender! They claim I had agreed to the membership term & conditions plus sent me an online voucher for my next purchase! The nerve of these people! Unreal!

Can anyone help file a class action suit so we can try to put these people out of business permanently! Please text me at (520) 668-2988- JJ Aguilar

Same deal said I subscribed to them, what b.s. They advertised the cool mint blue portable blender on some site, not theirs, for 7 bucks, its on there site for 50, reg 70 its total crap, I paid shipping 5.80. Then they charged me 56 & 82 offered the b.s 1/2 too refund on the smaller charge of course, I took it and then she had the nerve to tell me the deal was done and my sub. was cancelled now, & my credit card co. would not be able to anything more for me as far as refund. Its lik who do they think they are? such nerve... Boom blow up time for you. FYI Yasuck. PS your blender sucks.. where did you get that load of crapp blenders the dock of China? Get lost freaks.. I was advised by my banker to use something like Apple Pay when purchasing things off the internet-web so they can’t debit your account for a 2nd time.
Plus, I kept on the phone asking for a full refund even after they offered me a 50% refund. I just kept on them and they finally gave me a full refund.
FYI, I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone before I finally got to talk to a live person.
Their number is (855) 486-3880

Purchased an item for shipping only, then got charged a monthly subscription of 31.97 and then 82.45. They said it was clearly stated when I purchased the item - which it was not. They also said they sent a $200 voucher for future purchases which they did not. After threatening to go to BBB they refunded 50% of my money which I feel I was lucky to get that back. Terrible company, scam for sure. We'll see if they actually refund my money as it's a charge back to my account. Also, the charges were under a different company name - Excel Health and Fitness. Got a customer service number via my bank - 855-429-9307

Too many blenders in stock, free for just shipping price of $5.80. Additional $59.96 showed up on my CC bill. Called and they said it was in fine print and I had 48 hours to call them or they would charge additional 59.96. I offered to return it but they just wanted the money. I read everything and did not see this and it definitely was not on the receipt they sent me.

Additionally, if you go to the website https://bargaindealswarehouse.com/ and click on shipping policy or return policy or any of the "important links" you cannot get information. They contacted me with "deal" so I never checked the website. No phone # on website but I called them at (800) 658-6151, They bill as exquisitehomedesigndec.

I have made a purchase from bargain deals warehouse direct online and there were 5 total items shipped, (supposedly) the shipment was divided into 2, one item was delivered and the rest of the items (4) were marked delivered but were not. There is no customer service number or address anywhere to be found for this company and only an email address.

Beware! They will advertise something as free, just pay shipping, that's it. However, they then claim that you signed up for a membership and try to charge you $30 monthly. Classic entrapment scheme, trying to get your card info on file so they can keep charging you.

They offer a free smart watch just pay shipping then continue to try and take money out of your account. The bank allowed this and even denied my dispute.
