Diana Restano has did my backflow testing for a few years now, she came in and i paid her. She took the paperwork needed to file it with the water company and i received a second notice about the paperwork not being filed and she will not answer the phone anymore. I looked up her business with the ScamPulse.com and she has an F rating with all scams being the same.
