I was told by Brad who claim to work for this called Corner Stone which is a Cooperation that helps people with issues get into a rental property under the corporation. I was told by Brad to send $250 toward their fees and thereafter I would speak with Charles S who took over the process of collecting the rest of my money such as $520 deposit, $250 towards holding fees additional $70 for fees and I would have all paperwork emailed to me about the apartment on Thursday 9/14/2023 and should be ready to move in on 9/15/2023 unfortunately that didn’t happen because Charles S text me again asking for an additional $100 which I told him I didn’t have so he called me and tried to get more money. I asked him through text why was he trying to get more money when I’m trying to move and his reply was that he could do that for his fees and I said we already set up arrangements for his fees so he asked me if I wanted my money back and I said yes so he went on to say he had paperwork to fill out but he could only give me $813.50 due to his fees and it went from that amount down to $612 and I said I wanted all my money back so I sent a cash app request for the full $1090 which he declined it and I later sent him and Brad message requesting my money back and I haven’t heard back from either. I have text messages and emails from them
