When attempting to rent an apartment in the Lincoln Park area of Chicago, a representative for this company claimed to be the leasing manager for the complex. No mention of the company's name was found on the building's website, nor the representative's name who claimed to manage the building. An apartment was offered which I intended to pursue, but after dodgy responses I attempted to get in contact with someone else about a lease. When I did my own research, I was shocked to find the unit was not available to rent on the building's website, the floor plan he gave me did not match up with the unit, nor any unit in the entire building. Digging deeper, I found that the company website does not exist, nor does their Facebook page, and the name I was given by the representative cannot be linked to B&A Associates or any sort of relating company in any way. As a ScamPulse.com unaccredited business with a average Yelp review of 1 star, B&A Associates is extremely fishy and should be avoided at all costs.
