I ordered a product on the company’s website a one time purchase and two weeks later another item was charged to my card and I received an email claiming that it was a monthly subscription which I had no knowledge of I did not elect to subscribe to a monthly subscription.

Azure will never deliver your item. I made the purchase in December of 2024 and it is now almost March 2025 and I have not received my purchase. They sent an email saying the deilvery was help up in the warehouse and the link the provided to track the package was in Chinese, meaning it was being shipped from China. Package never arrived. This company is a complet and total fraud and will take your money

Ordered what look like an official product on sale. Never receive the product. The company is not responding to the two emails I sent asking for a refund. The tracking number attached on my receipt has no information displayed as blank.

I ordered their hair product on November 11, 2024. Received confirmation of my order the same day. After 2 weeks and no product received, I reached out to inquire as to when I would receive my order. Was told it has been shipped and provided a tracking number. The product was advertised as coming from the Honduras, yet the tracking information says it’s coming from Hong Kong. Three weeks and still waiting I requested that my order be cancelled and my money be refunded. Was told that they don’t refund until after the customer receives the order. Per this writing (12/4/2024), I still haven’t received the product and they’ve stopped communicating with me or responding to my reported requests for delivery status. Instead they continue to send me the tracking information. On 11/30/2024, tracking status says the product cleared customs and was delivered to my local carrier. That status has yet to be updated per this writing.
