Never got my order which i placed in March 22

My first time ever ordering online. I placed an order with them because I seen a Facebook ad of a winter flash sale, in March I could contact them at first to track my order, I received one email from them and now they will not respond to any of my emails of me simply asking for a refund for my money back. I also paid for express shipping of 15$. It is now June.
